Cornelia Gorski - Head of Global Human Resources at Bayer HealthCare’s Animal Health Division

Cornelia Gorski was appointed Head of Global Human Resources in the Animal Health Division of Bayer HealthCare effective October 1, 2008.

She studied business economics (Betriebswirtschaft) at the University of Bamberg, Germany, graduating as an MBA (Diplom-Kauffrau) in 1996.

Ms. Gorski started her career in January 1997 as assistant for personnel development at the energy company RWE Entsorgung in Kiel. In late 1997, she joined BMW Rolls-Royce Germany, headquartered in Oberursel and Berlin, where she worked as personnel assistant for fundamental issues until September 2000. Ms. Gorski then transferred to the pharmaceutical company Schering AG, where she worked as assistant to the Head of Human Resources at Schering headquarters in Berlin until April 2002. She was then appointed Head of Personnel Support Infrastructure at Schering's Bergkamen plant.

In May 2005, Ms. Gorski was appointed Head of Human Resources at Bayer Schering Pharma AG, headquartered in Berlin. In this capacity, she played a crucial role in the integration process between Schering and Bayer HealthCare.
