- Will you have time to acquire the necessary knowledge about dogs' behavior in general and to educate your companion?
- Did you collect enough information about the characteristics of specific breeds to select the right breed for your living conditions, e.g. are there children, do you live in the city or in the countryside, do you like long walks?
- Did you think about how to accommodate your dog at times when you are absent?
- Did you consider the cost of dog food and the vet?
- Will a dog be accepted in your neighborhood and by the landlord?
